  • After purchasing bales for assortments, our company opens them, washes them, inspects them, and sorts them before selling the assortments.

    We have now started selling bales to meet the needs of customers who want to purchase in bulk at a lower cost.

    Due to our internal system, which sells products before the assortment is created, the products will be shipped after the bale is opened and repacked in a cardboard box.

    If, upon repacking, we find that the contents are significantly different (e.g., a T-shirt bale contains a lot of outerwear), we will cancel the order and provide a full refund.

  • 1. Unwashed and Uninspected Bales are delivered in the same condition as they were when they left the site. Please purchase with the understanding that they have not been washed or inspected, and may include damaged, stained, or repaired items.
    2. Regarding returns and refunds: Due to the nature of veil products, we are unable to accept returns or refunds. Thank you for your understanding.
    3. Regarding errors in the number of bales: Since the bales are made at an affiliated factory, there may be slight differences in the number of bales listed.
    4. Regarding the inclusion of different brands, in rare cases, similar brands from the same genre may be mixed in. This does not usually happen, but please be aware of this.
    5. Regarding packaging method: Due to our internal system of selling products before the assortment is created, after the bale is opened, it will be repacked in a cardboard box before shipping.
