  • Our company has historically sold assorted items by first purchasing bales, then opening, washing, inspecting, and sorting them.

    To meet the needs of customers who want to purchase larger quantities at a lower price, we are now beginning to sell bales.

    Due to our internal processes, which involve selling bales before they are prepared for assortment, bales will be opened and then repacked into cardboard boxes for shipment.

    If during repacking we find that the contents are significantly different from what was expected (e.g., many outerwear items in a T-shirt bale), we will cancel the order and issue a full refund.

    3. Discrepancy in Quantity
    Since bales are prepared by partner factories, there may be slight differences in the listed quantities.

    4. Inclusion of Brands
    Very rarely, similar brands within the same genre may be included. While significant deviations are unlikely, please understand this in advance.

    5. Packaging Method
    Due to our internal system of selling bales before they are sorted into assortments, bales will be opened and then repacked into cardboard boxes for shipping.
