      We ship over 1,000 sets of assorted items annually , primarily to second-hand clothing stores across the country.

    A. The size is within the range stated in the product description. Also, it is not a stated size, but is based on our own measurement standards.

    A. Shipping is a flat rate of ¥1,100 nationwide (Okinawa Prefecture ¥2,200). We also offer free shipping campaigns irregularly.

    A. We will ship within 7 business days of your purchase. It will arrive within 1-2 days after shipping. However, please note that delivery may be delayed if an unforeseen event such as a shipping company accident or disaster occurs.

    Once the product arrives, please contact us via LINE or email within 24 hours with the following information:
    ・Name of the person who placed the order ・Order number ・Reason for return ・Photo of the product in question (including the defective part if there is one)
    After checking the contents, we will inform you of the return address etc.
    Then, please return the product within 3 days of receiving the notification .
    Q. What are the shipping costs for returns and exchanges?

    ・If you wish to return or exchange the product for your own reasons , you will be responsible for the shipping costs.
