・アソートの内容が、説明と著しく異なると感じられた場合
・「思っていた雰囲気と違った」「売り場に合わなかった」などのお客様都合による返品（条件付き）
※ただし、商品到着から24時間以内のご連絡が必要です。
※古着の性質上、多少の使用感・色褪せ・小キズなどは不良品の対象外となります。
Q. 返品・交換の際の手順を教えてください。

商品が到着後、24時間以内に、以下の情報をLINEまたはメールにてご連絡ください。
・ご注文者様のお名前
・注文番号
・返品理由
・該当商品の写真（不備のある場合は該当箇所も）
内容確認後、返送先などを当店よりご案内いたします。
その後、ご案内から3日以内に商品をご返送ください。
