About Shipping


Q: What is the shipping fee?

A. We ship nationwide for a flat rate of ¥1,100 (¥2,200 for Okinawa Prefecture). We also occasionally run free shipping campaigns.

Q: How long does it take from purchase to delivery?

A. We will ship your order within 7 business days of your purchase. Your order will arrive within 1-2 days of shipping. However, please note that delivery may be delayed if an accident or disaster occurs with the delivery company.

Q. Which shipping company will you use?

A. Japan Post.
Once shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email.

A. The cost of returning the item to us will be the customer's responsibility. Shipping from us to you will be at our expense.
