A. The size is within the range stated in the product description. Also, it is not a stated size, but is based on our own measurement standards.

A. We ship nationwide for a flat rate of ¥1,100 (Okinawa Prefecture ¥2,200). We also have irregular free shipping campaigns.

A. We will ship your order within 7 business days of purchase. It will arrive within 1-2 days of shipment. However, please understand that delivery may be delayed if irregularities such as accidents or disasters occur with the shipping company.

・Name of the person who placed the order ・Order number ・Reason for return ・Photo of the product in question (including the defective part if there is one)
After checking the contents, we will inform you of the return address etc.
Then, please return the product within 3 days of receiving the notification .
Q. What are the shipping costs for returns and exchanges?

・If you wish to return or exchange the product for your own reasons , you will be responsible for the shipping costs.
