    We ship over 1,000 sets of assorted items annually , primarily to second-hand clothing stores across the country.

    More than 30 traders visit our warehouse every month to make purchases.

Q: What are the sizes?

A. The size is within the range stated in the product description. Also, it is not a stated size, but is based on our own measurement standards.
*Reference size mix equivalent to men's S-XXL (fits sizes between 45cm-70cm in width and 50cm-75cm in length)

A. This assortment is a regular assortment, so the product photo is a sample. If you would like the exact same item as the product photo, please consider purchasing the actual assortment.

A. We are currently unable to accommodate requests for specific assortment contents. We have our own standards for each of our various assortments, so please select your preferred assortment from the product page.

About Shipping


Q. What is the shipping fee?

A. Shipping is a flat rate of ¥1,100 nationwide (¥2,200 for Okinawa Prefecture). We also periodically offer free shipping campaigns.
Q. How many days does it take from purchase to arrival?

A. We will ship within 7 business days of your purchase. It will arrive within 1-2 days of shipping. However, please note that delivery may be delayed if there are irregularities such as accidents or disasters by the shipping company.
Q. Which shipping company do you use?

A. We use Sagawa Express.
After shipping is completed, we will send you a tracking number by email.

Returns and Refunds

Q. In what cases can I return, exchange or get a refund?

Returns, exchanges and refunds can be made on a per-item basis.

We handle the following cases:
- If the product has any defects that cannot be overlooked (such as large tears, noticeable stains, fatal damage to buttons, etc.)
・If you feel that the contents of the assortment are significantly different from the description. ・Returns due to customer reasons such as "It wasn't what I expected" or "It didn't fit in the sales area" (conditions apply).
*However, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product.
*Due to the nature of used clothing, slight signs of wear, fading, minor scratches, etc. are not considered defective.
Q. What are the procedures for returns and exchanges?

Once the product arrives, please contact us via LINE or email within 24 hours with the following information:
・Name of the person who placed the order ・Order number ・Reason for return ・Photo of the product in question (including the defective part if there is one)
After checking the contents, we will inform you of the return address etc.
Then, please return the product within 3 days of receiving the notification .
Q. What are the shipping costs for returns and exchanges?

・If you wish to return or exchange the product for your own reasons , you will be responsible for the shipping costs.
(Example: different image, atmosphere doesn't match, etc.)
*Refunds will be made minus shipping and handling fees.
If there is a problem with our store (defective product, wrong product, etc.)
We will cover the return shipping costs . Please return the item cash on delivery.
